A new intention

Here we go. He has got the INTENTION of leading this train to a better place. I hope he succeeds. My second finished drawing in the bear series. I think by now it is time he gets a name and a pet, more toys and other things he can be doing on his journey...

I finally finished this illustration. It's been months since I started it, but I am very happy with the outcome and I think it fits perfectly Illustration Friday's topic of the week "capable".

Venice Beach, California

Ah, Venice Beach Beauty on a Thursday afternoon! How can you stay inside and work, on a day like this!  A well deserved break and I loved every minute of it.

Mr. Strange is finished and for now available in my Shop. 

He is painted in oil on birched wood 6x6x1.5".

I am not sure, if he belongs in the animal kingdom,

I think he resides somewhere inbetween.

New Work. Drawings on Wood. 

I love the organic feel of the wood, rather then canvas or paper. I also enjoy the texture and the soft tone. I definitely want to experiment more in this direction.
